Lunar Rhythms combines journaling, movement and meditation practices, as well as weekly video lessons to teach you how. In your own time and rhythm.
Our energy waxes and wanes and what has made us feel nourished one week, simply won’t work the next.
You will have life-time access to the content. While we designed the course so it can be done within one moon cycle, we invite you to go at your own pace and revisit the lessons and practices in whatever way feels right. This is the first opportunity to truly attune to your own rhythms and energy levels! In your guidebook you’ll find a couple of suggested schedules.

Guided meditations for the Full Moon and New Moon, printable Moon Cycle templates for charting (with and without menstrual cycle) and a printable guidebook with journal questions, additional information and resources for future reference.

This is very much up to you. Anywhere between 2 hours a week and 2 hours a day. There’s no rush to complete the course and in our guidebook we provide a couple of options on how to engage with the material depending on your available time. The minimum time investment to receive the benefits from the course would be 1-2 hours per week for 4 weeks. If you have the time to practice the Lunar Flows or Yoga Classes daily, and like to take your time to journal you could easily spend two hours a day diving into the wisdom of the moon. Depending where your energy is at :)
