Lunar Rhythms combines journaling, movement and meditation practices, as well as weekly video lessons to teach you how. In your own time and rhythm.

Our energy waxes and wanes and what has made us feel nourished one week, simply won’t work the next.

When we begin to recognise the changing energy of the moon in our body, emotions, and energy levels, we can bring more compassion and acceptance to our experiences day-to-day. Over time, we also enhance our ability to move through changes in life with more ease because we have developed a sense of trust in the ever changing, yet predictable rhythms of life.

As founder of Rhythms of Nature, Charlotte guides women back to nature within. Skilled in working with cycles menstrual, lunar, and seasonal - her cyclical approach supports you to create greater wellbeing for you, your community, and the planet. Charlotte holds a MSc in Wellbeing Psychology, is a certified Menstruality Mentor and graduate of Red School’s acclaimed Menstruality Leadership programme. She also has specialist training in women’s yoga therapy and yoga nidra.

Astrological Counsellor

Faye is an astrological counsellor and moon muse. She’ll support you to find meaning in the tumultuous chaos of life through the guidance of the stars and the moon above. Faye believes that the space for healing and empowerment begins when we work with our natural rhythms, rather than resisting them. FAQ

  • How much time will the course take each week?

    This is very much up to you. Anywhere between 2 hours a week and 2 hours a day. There’s no rush to complete the course and in our guidebook we provide a couple of options on how to engage with the material depending on your available time. The minimum time investment to receive the benefits from the course would be 1-2 hours per week for 4 weeks. If you have the time to practice the Lunar Flows or Yoga Classes daily, and like to take your time to journal you could easily spend two hours a day diving into the wisdom of the moon. Depending where your energy is at :)

  • What is the refund policy?

    We put a lot of effort into an accurate representation of the course experience and we are happy to answer your questions in advance. Because our products are digital goods, once the course begins we do not offer refunds. Thank you for understanding.
